This week I have been rigging my Alice character. To be honest I haven't rigged since the gladiator project last year, so I've had to re teach myself how to do it.  Luckily mike pickton a previous student on the course who now works for ubisoft, has a load of 3ds max tutorials and his rigging tutorial is really good.

I'm feeling a lot better about rigging, and I reckon I'll get really good at it because of the large number of character that we are going to need for this project.

I'm slightly regretting making Alice so low poly as the dress is really hard to rig because there is so much stretching, we've decided to use Apex cloth which is a physics plugin that works for 3ds max and unreal engine 4. Our tutor has also agree with this decision.
Once i have finished rigging i am going to give Alice over to max, who is going to do all the animations for her.

Again i Have been doing some studies in my personal time, still practicing value and faces, as this is something i feel i struggle at and wish to improve on these aspects.
